Boys Competitive Team:
The Boys Team practice 3 times a week for a total of six to nine hours/wk. Each gymnast requires additional time at home to work on Strength and Flexibility (only). The coaching staff ensures that each gymnast masters the basics skill progression by encouraging hard work, correct technique, and discipline. We ask that each gymnast have healthy habits, be polite and courteous, and achieve good grades in school. Remember: Manners Matter!
