Please join us for an exciting workout opportunity with Coach Yuri and Coach Miller. This knowledge is invaluable to your staff & gymnasts in helping them better prepare for up-coming competitions…. Plus you are helping one of our coaches in a time of need. Cost $40/gymnast. Coaches are free with any gymnast participating. Donations are welcomed from coaches or club.
Team parents will have a “bake sale” with all proceeds going to Coach Yuri as well.

Kids Safety Fair at Balise Toyota in Warwick, RI
Miller Gymnastics Team have been selected to perform a demonstration at the Kids Safety Fair held Saturday Jan 23rd (10-4) and Sunday Jan 24th (1-5) at the New Balise Toyota on Post Road in Warwick. We are asking all the boys and girls team member to sign up and help us at this event.

WE ARE GOING TO WOODWARD SUMMER CAMP!
We invite all members to join us this summer for the most amazing gymnastics experience at Woodward Gymnastics Camp on June 28th - July 4th, 2009. Coach Miller will be on the Master Staff and conducting clinics throughout the week. All boys and girls at any ages and ability levels are invited. Heather Miner, who will be joining our coaching staff at Miller Gymnastics come May/June 09', is a senior at Bridgewater State College where she is majoring in Physical Education. Heather has been a NCAA Cheerleader for four years and the team captain for the last two. More information available on our STAFF page.

Brennan Huff Wins Silver All-Around and takes home a total of 7 medal including a 1st Place on Floor Exercise, 2nd Place on Parallel Bars & High Bar, 3rd Place on Rings & Vault and 4th on Pommel Horse. Brennan has been on 3 State Championship Teams (2009,2010,2011)
Cameron Ostiguy Wins 2-Gold medals on Still Rings & Parallel Bars and finishes 4th in the All-Around.
Micheal Fernandez captures the Gold on Pommel Horse and 7th in the All-Around.
Austin Stiglet Wins Gold on Vault and places 3rd All-Around the in 12+ age group.
Dylan Lemoine takes the Silver on Pommel Horse and 8th in the All-Around.
RI STATE CHAMPION Griffin Francoeur- LV-5 "Simply the Best" describes Griffin's performance at the 2011 RI State Championship. His 5 Gold medals, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze totaling 90.600 lead the team to it's second consecutive Team Title at Level 5

Southbury,CT - Miller Gymnastics sent 4 boys to Regional Championship for the first time and they all performed like champions.
Andrew Salisbury (7-9 age group) placed 2nd FX, 5th HB, 6th PB, and finished 11th AA out of 82. Excellent Job!
Nicholas Gessner (10-11 age group) - Placed 1st FX, 1st SR, 1st PB, 3rd PH, and 1st AA out of 51. Nick adds a regional title to his 2 State Champion titles. Amazing!
Ian Sullivan (10-11 age group), a gymnast for only 18 months finished 7th FX, 10th PB, and finished 12th AA out of 51. Can you believe it?
Daniel Kuyoth (12+ age group) continues to perform at a high level with a 3rd HB, 6th FX, 6th SR and finished 7th AA out of 20. Awesome!
(WPRI) - This week's Cardi's Hometown Sports Heroes are Miller Gymnastics teammates Nicholas Gessner and Andrew Salisbury. Nick won the 10-11 year old Level 5 State Title and Andrew took the 7-9 year old crown, helping Miller's win the Level 5 State Title.
The team also won it's second straight Level Four state crown. They will head to their first New England Championships this weekend.

Boys Team Wins 2009 Holiday Invitational

Nicholas Gessner: won 7 Gold medals by winner 1st place on all six events and the all-around with a total score of 93.900. He performed aPerfect routine on parallel bars by scoring a 16.0 which is the New 10.0 in boys gymnastics.
Andrew Salisbury: Tied for Gold with Nicholas on Still Rings with a 15.400 and placed 2nd onFloor, Pommels, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal bar.He was awarded the Silver Medal in the all-around.
Brennon Huff: Scored his personal best on all sixevents by winningBronze on the Horizontal Bar and placing 4th in the all-around.
Amazingly, with10 team competing from across New England, Miller Gymnastics won theTeam Trophyby almost 10 points with a total score of 269.300.
The boys next competition is the Boston ClassiconFebruary 28th, 2009. Go Boys!
Parkettes Gymnastics Holiday Clinic
Coach Miller will be heading to Allentown, PA - Dec 27th to help staff the nationally known training center - Parkettes. In addition to his coaching assignments, he will be holding a bar clinic for visiting coaches.
